Leilani Dowding was born in Bournemouth in 1980, and has been a Page Three girl (The Sun Newspaper), a Glamour Model, Television Celebrity and a contestant in the Miss Universe Pageant.
Her mother is from the Philipines, her father from the UK, and she was christened Leilani which means “heavenly flower” after her mother’s cousin.
Together with her sister Melanie, Leilani went to St. Peter’s School in Bournemouth, and she then went on to study economics at the4 University of London, and had every intention of working in the stock market in London.
That was until she entered the Miss Great Britain pageant in 1998 at the age of 18 and won. Leilani then decided to make a career out of modelling.
Later in 1998 she represented Great Britain in the Miss Universe contest, and was the first woman of Asian descent to represent the nation.
Leilani dropped out of university, and turned to topless modelling in the popular UK tabloid The Sun.
In 2003 Leilani was voted one of the 100 Sexiset Women In The World by FHM magazine, being listed at #89.
She is currently working as a promotional model in the motorsports industry, and has travelled to various overseas destinations to help boost moral among British troops abroad.
